There is strength on the other side of pain.

It does not make pain desirable, but it makes it more than tolerable; and it makes it more than obstacle.

Knowing strength is on the other side makes pain an integration of experience with desire for change.

Given that change is inevitable, having desire for it - directing it with intention - is good for the Self.

Clarity through the contrast of pain allows expansion, and having strength allows for expansion to be not only withstood, but enjoyable.

May desire for change be focused on joy, and the Self’s highest Good. And may the inevitable gift of pain always lead the Self to resilience, clarity, and greater and greater Strength.

Coming to realize

I've come to realize - or I'm com-ing to realize: that you don't owe anyone your misery.

That life is a sacred gift not beholden to any force but that of its keeper.

That truth is the most productive code and one's gut is often the programmer of it.

That the mind and heart can be confused, and the best remedy is often listening to the body.

That the breath is our teacher.

That faith is helpful.

That love is everything.
